simcoupe binary for x86 Linux systems

simcoupe 0.90 beta 3 was produced for
covermount with Linux Format magazine
in 2002, and not otherwise published,
but it is (at the time of writing,
August 2003) the best SAM emulation
for modern Linux systems.

This was compiled on Suse Linux 7.2 and
also runs on Debian Gnu Linux 3.0; you
need to make sure you have set execute
permission on the file before it will
run, e.g:

cd SAM
chmod 777 simcoupe
./simcoupe

This presumes that you have put the ROM
files and simcoupe executable in the SAM
directory, and have installed SDL and
libSAASound.

Compilation was on an AMD K6/2 x86 CPU.
